The hospitality sector has shifted toward specialized service roles that emphasize both technical skill and customer management.

3 Year
NQF 5 & 6 Information Technology

IT qualifications are now heavily focused on 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution) skills, moving away from general "End User Computing" toward specialized technical roles.

3 Year
NQF 4 & 5 Engineering

These are typically NQF Level 4 and require a formal External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).
